If you no longer wish to receive our communications, you can unsubscribe directly at the bottom of our emails and newsletters by clicking on the link provided.

To retrieve your personal information, please send us a request by clicking here.

You can modify your personal information directly in your space, from the “My personal information” tab.

You can create your account by clicking on “My account” in the header of our website. From here you can access all the information we share with you, and keep track of your personal information, purchases, returns and credit notes.

To be kept informed of new products and upcoming collections, subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of our website.

Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. However, if you call our customer service department, we can try to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Our customer service department can be reached on +33 4 85 40 00 38 or via the form available by clicking here.

Delivery is against signature. The day before delivery, you will receive a message from the carrier indicating the delivery slot. If this is not convenient for you, you can choose another delivery option (date or place).

You can check that your order has been registered by going to your customer area, “My purchases” tab. A confirmation e-mail is also sent to you to notify you that your order has been registered. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its status from your customer area or directly on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number sent to you by e-mail.

Your order will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days, whichever option you choose.

We offer two delivery options: home delivery with signature and delivery to a collection point with signature. DHL is our partner for all shipments.

Delivery is currently offered to European countries in the € zone, excluding Croatia and DROM-COM.

Each order placed on our website gives rise to an invoice which you will receive by e-mail when the order is dispatched.

You can check that your order has been registered by going to your customer area, “My purchases” tab. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to you to let you know that your order has been registered.

The payment system we provide is fully secure and complies with all regulations.

We offer several methods of payment, which you will find when validating your basket. Payments by check or bank transfer are not accepted.

Delivery is free for all orders of €100 or more. For orders below this amount, delivery charges will apply, depending on the option chosen.

You can return your order online directly to our Paraboot boutiques. This return will give rise to a refund of your order or a credit note that can be used both online and in store.

Refunds are triggered as soon as our logistics department has validated the conformity of the returned product, within 2 working days of receipt of your order.

In store or online, it is not possible to proceed directly to an exchange. Following a return, we offer a credit note valid for one year or a refund of your purchase.

You may return part or all of your order free of charge within 14 days of delivery. To do so, go to your customer area, “My purchases” tab. From the details of your order you will have access to the “Request a return” button. As soon as our logistics department has received your return, we will issue a credit note or refund your order.

Paraboot will cover the return shipping costs. As soon as the return is confirmed by our customer service department, you will be sent a shipping label.

If your order does not meet your expectations, you can ask for it to be returned. You can do this from your customer area in the “My account” tab, or by contacting our customer service department by clicking here.

If an item appears to be out of stock on our website, you can sign up for our availability alert on the item page. You will then be informed when it becomes available again.

Paraboot shoe sizes vary from one model to another. To help you choose your size, please contact our customer service department by clicking here.

We offer you the possibility of reserving an item exclusively in a Paraboot boutique. To do so, please contact one of our sales advisors (contact details by clicking here).

There are several options for diagnosing the repairs needed to extend the life of your shoes:

– Contact our customer service department by clicking here.

– Visit one of our Paraboot stores. Click here to find the store nearest you.

– Take your pair to one of our approved shoemakers, who can repair your pairs if necessary. Click here to find your nearest shoemaker.

Paraboot products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. So if your pair seems defective, contact our customer service department by clicking here.
